The Shingled Cottage for active adults mirrors the empty-nester life of its architect, Bill Kreager, with a master suite on the ground level, a wide-open Grand Room, ample storage, and an attached garage with an accessory dwelling above (complete with a private outdoor entrance). There's also a convenient "command center" for home management chores, an intimate courtyard and occasional bedrooms upstairs-resulting in privacy and accessibility on a 45-foot wide parcel.
