The Villa for the Modern Couple evokes Mediterranean influences and a bold color palette from historic neighborhoods in Orlando. Architect Donald Rattner designed a two-story home for a dual-income couple featuring an open interior (including an overlook into a two-story Great Roorn), a deep front loggia and an outdoor dining area overlooking the garden and pool. A bonus area above the garage, complete with a full bathroom, offers additional living space.
